Perhaps Chef Staples just doesn’t have the skill to prepare the more delicate flavors of vegetables and grains? He seems to really focus on meat centered cuisine.
My wife and I tried Quinn’s Pub with some friends and were disapointed at the lack of healthy, plant based options. This review suggests that Zoe is no better.
